Overflow
Give your players and businesses a proper way to charge each other. Overflow Billing is a full invoicing system that installs as a native app in lb-phone and qs-smartphone, and falls back to its own standalone interface when your server has no phone script. Anyone can send a bill, track what they are owed and settle up from one screen.
Every player gets a running total of what they owe and what is owed to them, split into Received and Sent, each with its own Pending and History view. Invoices can be a single amount or split into up to ten scheduled payments, daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly, with instalment progress tracked automatically until the invoice closes.
Businesses are first-class: employees switch between their personal identity and their society, and an in-game admin panel controls whether a job can send or receive invoices at all. Permissions resolve per grade, so a recruit can be blocked from issuing while a manager keeps full control, and each grade can carry its own commission cut, paid to whoever raised the invoice the moment it is settled.
Money moves through your framework's own accounts, the company balance on a society invoice and the player's bank on a personal one, and offline recipients are credited directly. Ships with server exports for other resources, English and Spanish locales, and a config-free admin flow stored in the database.
All languages supported

Overflow Billing is not another pop-up menu. It registers as a native app in lb-phone and qs-smartphone, with its own icon, app store entry and push notifications, and the script detects on its own which phone your server is running. If you have no phone resource at all, it falls back to a standalone NUI opened with a command or a configurable keybind, so the same FiveM billing script works on every server without a second version to maintain.

Creating an invoice takes one screen: pick who is sending, search for the recipient, set the amount and write a short summary. Recipients can be any player on the server or any registered job, so a mechanic can bill a customer and a company can bill another company. Employees on duty switch between their personal identity and their society from the account picker, and every request is re-validated on the server before an invoice is written to the database.

Most FiveM invoice scripts only handle a single lump sum. Overflow Billing lets you break a total into up to ten scheduled payments on a daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly cadence. The app divides the amount, tracks how many instalments have been settled and closes the invoice automatically on the final payment, which makes financed vehicle sales, property payments and long-term contracts work without a second script.

The home screen answers the two questions players actually have: what do I owe, and who owes me. Received and Sent are separate ledgers, each split into Pending and History, with a running total at the top and a badge for how many invoices are still open. Nothing is hidden in a chat command or a log file, and both the payer and the issuer get a phone notification the moment an invoice is sent, paid or cancelled.

Open the admin panel in game and pick a job: decide whether that society can send and receive invoices at all, then go grade by grade choosing who can issue invoices and who can manage them. Give a grade a commission percentage and the employee who raised the invoice takes their cut automatically when it is paid, with the remainder going into the company account. Everything is saved straight to the database, so adjusting a job's permissions never means touching a config file or restarting the server.

Looking for a FiveM billing script your players will actually open? Overflow Billing is a complete invoice system for ESX, QBCore and Qbox servers, built as a real phone app instead of another pop-up menu. Players and businesses create, send, pay and cancel invoices from one interface, with every amount and permission re-checked server-side.
Overflow Billing installs itself as a native app inside lb-phone and qs-smartphone, auto-detecting whichever phone your server runs and registering with its own icon, notifications and app entry. No phone script? It falls back to a standalone NUI opened with a command or keybind, so the same FiveM invoice script works on any server. Pairs naturally with our Overflow HUD for a consistent interface across your server.
Where most billing scripts stop at a single lump sum, Overflow Billing can split any invoice into up to ten scheduled payments: daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly. Each side of the ledger, Received and Sent, keeps Pending and History separate, with running totals for what a player owes and what they are owed, and instalment progress shown on every open invoice.
For businesses, an employee can act as themselves or as their society, with per-grade control over who is allowed to issue invoices and who can manage them. Give a grade a commission rate and whoever issued the invoice automatically takes their cut the moment it is paid, with the remainder going to the company account. All of it is edited from an in-game admin panel and stored in the database, so changing a job never means editing a config file or restarting the server.
Money moves through your framework's own accounts, the company balance on a society invoice and the player's bank on a personal one, including offline recipients who are credited directly. Server exports (SendInvoice, PayInvoice, CancelInvoice, FetchInvoices) plus config hooks let your other resources raise invoices, and the whole app ships with English and Spanish locales.
Registers natively in lb-phone and qs-smartphone, with a standalone NUI fallback for servers with no phone script.
Split any invoice into up to 10 recurring payments, daily through quarterly, with progress tracked payment by payment.
Decide per job grade who can issue and manage invoices, and pay employees a commission cut automatically.
Job permissions, blacklists and commission rates are managed from an in-game admin panel and saved to the database.
