By purchasing any script from our Tebex store (Overflow5m Store), you automatically agree to the following terms. All digital software and related items provided by Overflow5m are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use, tied exclusively to the account used at the time of purchase. You are strictly prohibited from: (1) reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the script in any way; (2) sharing, leaking, or uploading the script to any public or private platform; (3) reselling, redistributing, or transferring ownership of the script to another party. Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your license and may lead to your FiveM account being reported or banned.
Our checkout process is owned & operated by Tebex Limited, who handle product fulfillment, billing support and refunds. By purchasing through this site, you are also agreeing to the Tebex Checkout T&Cs & Tebex Privacy Policy.
Currently, payments made using "Pay with Crypto" are non-refundable under any circumstances, as our system does not support crypto payment refunds.
Our Merchant of Record (MoR), Tebex Limited, is responsible for billing support and payment processing. Overflow5m does not offer refunds unless the product presents serious defects that cannot be resolved within 7 days from the date of purchase. In such cases, and only after our team has attempted all reasonable troubleshooting steps, a refund may be considered. PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY REFUND REQUEST THAT DOES NOT FALL UNDER THESE TERMS. Situations that do not qualify for a refund include, but are not limited to: (1) accidental purchases, (2) purchasing the wrong product, (3) duplicate purchases, (4) inability to verify the purchase, or (5) misuse or modification of the resource.
Refunds are considered only for legitimate product issues and must be requested through our support channels. We require full cooperation during the troubleshooting process. If you choose not to cooperate or if the issue is resolved within the 7-day window, a refund will not be granted. If you wish to escalate a billing concern beyond Overflow5m, please contact our MoR, Tebex Limited. Support is provided primarily through Discord. To receive support, you must have the @Customer role. This role is granted automatically upon purchase if you were logged in with Discord at the time. You can also obtain the role by using the /claim command in the 🟢・claim-roles channel. If those methods are not successful, you may request the role manually by opening a ticket in the 🔗・create-ticket channel and selecting the Customer support category.
Support is available exclusively to verified customers who have purchased products through our official channels. We do not provide support for leaked, resold, or pirated copies. You must remain a member of the Discord server to retain access to support. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behavior toward our team. Any form of harassment may result in being denied support, blacklisted from submitting future tickets, or permanently banned from our server. Overflow is committed to fostering a respectful environment, and we ask that all users interact with our team in a constructive and courteous manner.
